Head of Development

We are looking for a person with a passion for technology and experience from leading and implementing both front- and back-end systems in a modern IT environment.

As Head of Development you are responsible for all technical aspects and resources in the organisation. You are expected to be hands on coding, as well as managing the remote team, planning ahead and building a team of developers in Stockholm.

The service is already live, creating revenue streams and your task will be to maintain the service as well as establishing the technological vision for the organisation. In the near future, the company is expected to expand to several markets. Your mission will be to ensure the scalability and adaptation of the platform to those markets.

Tasks:

• Lead the development of the Renthia.com service.

• Ensure maintainability and adapt the architecture of the service for increased traffic.

• Improve all security measures to protect sensitive information.

• Be responsible for the external development team.

• Identify future trends in digitization and technology, and adapt the service accordingly.

Furthermore, you have a strong understanding of C#, JavaScript, Angular JS and Microsoft Azure. You are communicative and feel comfortable managing and running the dialogue with your project team and the rest of the organization.
