Software Developer

As a software developer at Thermo-Calc Software, you will work on the entire development process, including analysis, design, implementation and testing. You will work in a team with material scientists and skilled developers. The development is mostly done with agile working methods. Main tasks will be implementation of new functionality and maintenance of our products.

As a person, you are structured and stimulated by working in product development projects with others. We also believe that you are self-reliant and gladly take the initiative and inspire others by finding solutions.

You probably have a Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Material Science or Physics. You have several years of experience in software development. We think you are a skilled Java or Fortran developer, and it is also meritorious if you have experience or interest in any of the following:

-Computational materials science
-CALPHAD
-Model development for alloy properties
