In the Baseband Infrastructure (BBI) team in Lund, we are currently looking for young talents. If you are interested in embedded system programming, real-time operating system and execution environment as well as tools development to support application development on BBI platform then this is an excellent opportunity to start your career at Ericsson.
BBI provides platform, tools, and a programming model for many-core programming of the Ericsson custom HW that is the foundation for baseband application development for all mobile standards, including the fifth generation mobile systems (5G). The BBI organization is distributed over several sites in Canada, Sweden and Poland. The teams are involved in all phases of development, from pre-study to deployment. Work is performed in close cooperation with our internal Ericsson customers and peers.

At BBI in Lund, we work across many BBI domains like multicore abstraction layer called CBB, the XBM connector (one of the fundamental concepts of the multi-core architecture used in 5G) and BAIT, the test frame work used in 5G. We also participate in the development of the debugger and the cycle exact simulation platform.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements

•Knowledge in C-programming or similar general purpose programming language
•Knowledge in Unix/Linux environments
•MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
•Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements

•Knowledge in GIT, Gerrit and Jenkins
•Knowledge in scripting, C, C++, perl, python.
