Academic Work is on behalf of our client Swedbank looking for two Java developers to join their teams. As a team member you will be involved from start to finish in a variety of different investment opportunities. The role will include working with requirements, design and implementation of technical solutions based on technologies such as Java, AngularJS and REST. You will work in a team that encourage knowledge sharing and a willingness to always work for the team’s best.
This job is a staffing position, which means that you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant at Swedbank.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

As a Java developer at Swedbank, you will be working with the latest technology based on agile methods. You will be a part of a agile team and working from producing code and writing tests, to launches of systems and management.

This position suits you who are a passionate programmer and can see yourself in the future at one of Sweden's largest banks.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have good communication skills in English

* Have at least one year of experience from Java/Web development and J2EE
* Experience in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript and Git, and the ability to write structured and semantic code
* Basic Unix skills
* Oracle/SQL knowledge
* Knowledge in frameworks (Spring, AngularJS, Jasmine/Karma)

As a person you are accurate and capable to independently plan and implements the releases but also a team player who enjoys sharing your knowledge and learning from your colleagues. You are passionate about working with development, both Java and Front-end and care about the end result. You are an analytical, structured, creative problem solver and are motivated by learning and taking on new responsibilities. Good communications skills are essential and you have the ability to get a message across in a pedagogic manner even to colleagues outside your discipline.
