To further help our clients we are now building a UX team in Göteborg to help our clients move to a customer centric product development and to deliver the new digital solutions around the connected products. Cybercom offers challenges with complex problems in exciting projects within the connected world, delivering both in the advisory and technical teams but also as an expert at the client. You will lead a team with UX designers and build our competence and offerings around UX and customer centric design. As a CTL you will get the best of two worlds, working both as a leader and deliver in inspiring and challenging projects which are vital for our client’s future business. You will get the chance to work within different industries and help them to deal with some of the most important strategic challenges and opportunities right now.
You will work with tasks such as:
- Motivate and inspire your team members
- Actively work to create and maintain a team spirit
- Develop our UX capabilities offer
- Communicate the value of UX and sell our UX capabilities offer to both new and existing clients together with a sales person.
- Working on projects together with advisory or technical teams or at clients involving IoT and digitalization.
- Prototyping and validating concepts with end-customers and end-users.
- Participating in user / customer research to identify the most important opportunities
- Presenting and inspiring groups from management teams through to frontline workers.
- Keeping yourself up to date on news and trends within digitalization, digital transformation, UX design, prototyping and UX tools as well as other things that you are interested in.
- Knowledge transfer to the team and the rest of the organization.

Who are you?
As a leader you have a great interest in supporting and develop other people. You are passionate about teamwork and to share your knowledge with your team. As a person you are also driven and brave, motivated by challenges and have a big innovative ability. You’ve proven your entrepreneurial spirit, and you prefer to validate your ideas with real customers and users where you can find your own test group. You are humble and understand how you should act to guide our clients in understanding the core of the idea and what value it will give. You are communicative and can hold a lecture in an educational way to visualize offers for CEO’s, product-, development- or marketing directors as well as developers.
You have minimum 5 years’ experience in digital UX design across different interfaces and proven leader and team building experience.
