Visma Agda AB and Visma Enterprise Solutions (VES) is a part of the Visma Software Government and Large Accounts division. VES consists of Business Units in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Latvia and The Netherlands in addition to two virtual organizations, Products and Development (PD).  We believe that you

* have a masters degree in interaction design or similar
* have 3+ years of experience of designing complex digital applications
* speak a Scandinavian language and English fluently
* work very good individually and even better in a team
* have a killer-eye for details without losing track of the big picture
* are analytical, structured and creative

We work user-centered: user research, user analytics, concept development, design and usability testing will be important part of your work. We want you who see opportunities before obstacles, and dare to push yourself and others to improve the result.

We are primarily looking for a candidate to join us at our headquarters at Skøyen, Oslo. But for the right candidate it will also be possible to work from our offices in Ängelholm, Malmø or Gothenburg where we also have UX-designers.
