Take on this challenge and contribute to the development of next generation´s Welfare solutions. Within the Elderly care Product Development department, we create software applications for Nordic municipalities all the way from concept to cash and beyond. As our new software developer you will play a key role in continuing our long Agile journey. You will be part of the complete product development process that includes all steps from coding to maintenance and delivery, ensuring that the product portfolio fulfils the customer and product owner’s needs. You will be focusing on continuous improvement when it comes to development process, learning, transparency, quality and speed within your own team and across our team´s in Nordics and India.

To succeed, you hold a degree in relevant field, combined with at least three years of experience working in an Agile environment developing software. You also have solid knowledge and experience in one or more of the following frameworks or technologies: C++, C#, .NET, HTML 5. Database knowledge (SQL) and IIS (web server technology). Knowledge and experience of Microsoft development platforms is also valuable as well as an understanding and experience of TDD and other QA frameworks.

You are an engaged and open-minded team player but you also have a pro-active approach with a hunger to take responsibility on an individual level. You are driven to learn new things and technologies, and often find yourself thinking outside the box. You are self-motivated and value accountability in yourself and in others. You aren’t afraid to show pride about you own achievements. You also have the ability to use both written and spoken Swedish and English on a daily basis.
It is beneficial if you have knowledge and experience in Software development with focus on none functional requirements i.e. security, performance, operability, scalability etc. As a part of a cross functional team, you may have to get your hands in to these parts as well.
