Take on this challenge and contribute to the development of next generation´s Welfare solutions. Within the Elderly care Product Development department, we create software applications for Nordic municipalities all the way from concept to cash and beyond. As our new test engineer, you will play a key role in forming our way of dealing with tests and quality assurance. You will be focusing on providing knowledge regarding test automation and continuous integration within your own team and across our team´s in Nordics and India.

To succeed, you hold a degree in relevant field, combined with at least three years of experience of software quality assurance. You also have a solid passion for test work and a mind-set that aspires for continuous improvement. You have an exploratory attitude that enables you to travel through the whole product. You understand what it takes to work with other professionals in a team and should be a good communicator focusing on collaboration. You are known for grasping the whole picture, your empathy and your ability to help people grow.

You have a solid experience of test automation as well as in one or more testing tools. This experience is preferably gained in a context of agile development where continuous integration was an important aspect. It is beneficial if you have a knowledge and experience in frameworks, technologies and methodologies like C++, C# .NET, TDD or if you by other means have contributed hands on to building software. You may have to get your hands in the technology as part of a cross functional team. You also have the ability to use both written and spoken Swedish and English on a daily basis.
