Tetra Pak Global IM supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management Strategy and Standards and work together with Tetra Pak's Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers.

The Matrix Tools are an end-to-end toolbox for creating and selling Tetra Pak Processing and Packaging machines and consists of several applications which have been developed in-house. The solution is used by Tetra Pak companies around the world and has over time become a great success and a cornerstone in the Tetra Pak IT landscape.

During the coming years, the complete solution will be replaced with a new One Engineering platform, and we're looking for a lead analyst to play an important role in that work.

You as a lead analyst will be part of this journey both contributing in the design of the new solution as well as participating in the maintenance of the existing platform.

The role involves project work in design, development and testing of the new One Engineering Platform for the identified future needs as well as analysis, design and maintenance of new and existing functionality in the existing Matrix Tools.

Our end-users are spread across the world, and our team is based in both Sweden and India, giving us an international and global working environment.

Main responsibilities

-Driving the design and development of new solutions within the area of Processing Engineering tools
-Driving the design and development of added functionality in existing Matrix Tools.
-Manage complex support cases within these tools

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong analytical, strategic and communication skills combined with a drive to develop and improve solutions. As a person, you are a team player, but at the same time self-going, independent and decisive. You are self-motivated with a strong interest in technical issues. Furthermore, you are keen to seek knowledge and to learn new things.
We believe you have relevant education within IT programming and approximately 8 years' operational experience from programming, support and development projects. Experience from implementation of new large platform or system is an advantage.

You have IT software knowledge and genuine interest in IT solutions. Prior experience in C# and .NET is required, and knowledge of SQL and agile working methodology is an advantage.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
