About the job Swedbank and the growing Digital Banking and Fintech industry are facing a major shift where the business is transforming to make use of new opportunities brought to us by new technologies. With everything moving faster Continuous Delivery is a cornerstone in any IT development organization and the way to bring new services and products faster to the market.

You will be part of the Continuous Delivery (CD) team within Group IT which is responsible for driving the CD initiative across the bank. It is a team of experts in the area of CD with extensive knowledge and experience in the area.

The Continuous Delivery coaches support the organization in the ambition to become an efficient, adaptive bank with Continuous Delivery as a cornerstone in the machinery. This to bring the greatest and most exciting new products and solutions to the market.

While driving change in the organization, together with your coach-colleagues, you should also know that we attach great importance to career development for our employees, specialists and leaders.

What you need to succeed You have several years of experience in a coaching role in a large SW Development organization
You are very knowledgeable in the concepts of Continuous Integration and Delivery
You are a natural leader used to drive changes across organizations as an informal leader
You have a degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science
You are used to perform trainings and hands-on coaching of Teams, Managers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters
You have good communication skills, are a good team player, are self-driven and used to take own initiatives.
You have hands-on experience in test automation and are familiar with tools for integration and verification (GIT, Jenkins)
You have a can-do spirit with the ability to motivate others

What you may have worked with previously A Continuous Delivery coach is a senior person with extensive experience of driving change in a coaching role. You have a background in SW Development, often in the role as Scrum Master or Test Leader. You can keep a holistic view defining strategies and future ways-of-working but you are also a hands-on person who can go in and support the teams in their daily work.
