Operational Data Analyst

Within the Business Area Telematics & Advisory Services, we have in the recent years experienced strong growth in the products and services we. To meet the increased demand, we are looking for:

In the position as Operational Data Analyst you will support internal and external customers with reports and analysis of their logistics operations. You will work tightly together with our European sales companies and help them in their dialogue with the end customers.

The role is operational and covers the whole delivery process:

• Manage orders from our market companies.
• Produce decision material based on given report templates.
• Analyze reports to find deviations and improvement potential.
• Actively develop the way-of-working to deliver maximum customer value.
• Communicate findings and give advice.
• Maintain a good dialogue with internal representatives from different markets.

In addition to the operative process you will also take part in continuously developing our offer and way of working. 

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education (for example in computer sciences or engineering).
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• High computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Swedish and additional language skills are qualifying.
• Knowledge and experience from programming, mathematical statistics, etc. is qualifying (.Net, QlikView, R, Power BI, MatLab).
• Experience from logistics (warehouse, production, forklifts) is qualifying.

Personality

As a person you are well structured, thorough and good with numbers. You are also service oriented, efficient and quick to deliver. You enjoy looking for clues in data and have an outstanding ability to see the connection between abstract graphs and real-life operations.

You are someone to rely on and proud to be a stable part of operations. You want to help both internal and external customers and are perceptive to their needs. Your excellent communicational and pedagogical abilities helps you convert an analytical finding to a hands-on action plan and convey this to our customers.

The position

The position is full-time with permanent employment status at TMHE. Work placement is at Toyota Material Handling’s modern office space at Lindholmen Science Park in Göteborg. You will be part of a group with creative, ambitious and positive colleagues. The start date is negotiable.
