ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Atlas Copco is now seeking a Software Architect who wants to work close to the products while influencing and developing sustainable solutions. With your knowledge in architectural design, you will play an important role within the company. You will be responsible for the design in projects and support the team that develops functions within architectural issues. Primarily, your mission will be to explore and find solutions that are efficient, maintainable and innovative. And to make the best solutions for Atlas Copco's customers, you need to understand their needs in order to create innovative design solutions, and be able to figure out how Atlas Copco's design can stay sustainable in the long run. As part of your job, you will also improve their processes and make sure to drive important issues.

This role involves a large internal network with coworkers from various areas and as we certainly want you to grow within Atlas Copco, they offer you great development opportunities.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You hold a technical university degree or a Master of Science in Engineering with specialization in Data. To successfully manage this role you need five years’ experience from working with embedded software and you have knowledge in architectural issues. You combine this with great knowledge within UML, C++, Linux and Object Oriented Programming. Skills in Rhapsody and real-time operating systems are beneficial. You master English, both written and spoken, and if you can add Swedish to this, it is a plus.

You are an analytical problem solver with a technical background and the ability to transform solutions to new improvements and change proposals. As your role implies working in close collaboration with both your coworkers and customers, it is important for you to communicate in a clear and effective way. You also need to transfer your experiences and knowledge to your team for them to deepen their understanding of your work. Equally important is your ability to listen to other experts in order to create a great design together.
