Javascript & Web portal developer

DESCRIPTION

For their business services, our client is implementing a new solution based on web portal technologies with a service oriented architecture. The portal will aggregate business services provided from many systems and resources. The solution will focus on user interactions and performances.

The solution will be based on Websphere Portal for the user interface and will be communicating with back-end systems via REST services in a Service Oriented Architecture

To reinforce the team, our client needs a web front-end developer with strong Javascript and Dojo tool kit skills.

TASKS

- Widgets and/or portlet development.
- Continuous improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

- knowledge of UI development using HTML, Dojo toolkit, REST and JSON.
- Desired experience on web portals, ideally on Websphere Portal.
- Desired experience on iterative development processes.
- Desired experience of continuous integration.
- Flexible personality with good communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and in speech.
