Nasdaq is now looking for a Software Developer to join the Nasdaq Multimatch product team. The team consisting of a very skilled group of developers working together to form the core functional and non-functional development of the Trading solution. Nasdaq Multimatch Trading solution powers several big exchanges around the world, for example in Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and our own Nordic market.

About the role and responsibilities:

* Develops program logic for new applications or analyses and modifies logic in existing applications
* Develop new complex functionality in a distributed environment handling large volumes of data and demands for high availability
* Review business requirements and software design specifications
* Write and execute unit tests using continues integration/delivery tools in order to get fast feedback in faulty situations.

Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications

* University degree in computer science, information technology, software development or similar or equivalent work experience
* Up to 2 years of work experience

Skills, Requirements and Competencies

* Experience with enterprise Java application development, C, C++, Perl, operating system Linux
* Comfortable in a SCRUM and Agile environment
* Ability to build good relationships with peers, business partners, and clients
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Interest in Block Chain technology is a bonus
