We now search a Leader for the continuous Development of DEEP.
At Mutual Benefits Engineering’s Development Team you will join as SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LEADER in a global Center of Excellence team ensuring the quality, performance and development of our Digitized Energy Efficiency Portal’s Product Range. The Product Range include digitization and connectivity of all electric functions in a building such as Temperature, ventilation, lighting and safety systems. The development and control of the product range will continuous increase the energy efficiency for our clients commercial properties and residential buildings.

Join our Development Team on our journey to support our global customers in their challenge of the most efficient energy system, continuously improving their energy management for commercial and residential properties. As SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LEADER you will actively be a key player in transforming to the future demands of the private and governmental property owners. Digitization, AI/Deep learning and continuous integration are three areas that have an impact on the properties energy management now and in the future.

The road map for the products is being developed together with our demanding clients and suppliers and the objective is to be in the global frontline of the Product Range. You will be working towards major international companies, who manages and develops residential and commercial properties and hotels.

Your responsibility will be in the short term, acceptance and maintenance of already developed objects and in the long term planning and execution of updates and further development of the objects. You will report to the Managing Director and be part of a team located in Gothenburg, Sweden.

QUALIFICATIONS
We believe that you have a M.Sc. or a B.Sc. in Engineering, preferably with software focus. You have most likely worked as a Software Developer, in projects with high complexity.

The role includes Development and maintenance of the following technologies, MySQL database, Windows Server, Secure Cloud communication, C# In-house software, Web application in .net framework using Angular 5.

Knowledge of industrial products with both software and hardware development is good fit for this role. Know-how in Agile development methods and embedded SW development will be beneficial.

For parallel external technical development assignments in Gothenburg. Knowledge and experience from Autosar, Diagnostics (OBD-II, UDS), ISO26262, Automotive Spice are valued but not a requirement.

Good communication skills in both spoken and written English are required. Language skills in Swedish are preferred but not a requirement. Experience of working with Chinese business culture is benificial.
