TeliaSonera has been working with TV services since 2005 and is one of the leading players in Sweden within this area with over 1 million TV customers in the Nordic region. Group Technology Products & Services has the responsibility for the overall TV architecture, development and maintenance of our common TV platform. Within our unit we have several Scrum teams that all include architects, developers and testers. We are looking to expand and find a new team member to our IPTV front end team. The position is placed in Stockholm/Farsta with start as soon as possible.

Job description
In this position you will act as developer and technical expert within the IPTV area. You will be part of the Scrum team responsible for the IPTV front end and will as a member of that team develop new functionalities as well as maintain our IPTV service that today has over 750 000 customers in the Nordic market.
You will work with a global perspective; both with a short term (operative) and long term focus in order to secure that TS IPTV service will keep its competitive edge.
In order for TeliaSonera to stay ahead of competition in the TV area it is important that you have knowledge of new technologies that can be used to improve our solution.

Qualifications
a master of science or corresponding
at least 4-6 years experience as a software developer preferably JavaScript
fluent in Swedish and English
Analytical skills
SetTopBoxes and IPTV domain knowledge

You are /Personal characteristic
You are good at cooperating with others, both within the team and with people within other areas that have different technical background and responsibilities. It is essential that you are target oriented and work well under intense work periods, with tight deadlines.
Knowledge about IP networks is a plus but not necessary if you have the right competence in other areas and is interested in the area as such.
