Driven Delivery Specialist to Ideal PLM

Academic Work is, on behalf of our client IDEAL PLM, looking for a Delivery Specialist to join their newly established team in Sweden, based in Gothenburg or Linköping. OM TJÄNSTEN
IDEAL PLM is a full-service supplier of PLM software and systems. They are specialized in implementation and integration, software licensing, comprehensive training and support. They have customers in various business fields and have delivered hundreds of projects in business areas such as automotive and transportation as well as operations in consumer products and retail.

They are now expanding their operations in Sweden, mainly to strengthen their presence, services and organization in the Nordic area. The reason is to provide a better service for customers located in Sweden. Currently the Swedish team consist of an account manager, stationed in Linköping. They are looking to expand the team with an additional two employees, one Delivery Specialist and one Delivery Manager, both based in Gothenburg or Linköping. The Delivery Specialist and Delivery Manager will together constitute a team responsible for Service Organization, as well as be a part of the Pre-Sales process. The team will be expanding in future, so in the long-term perspective you will have the opportunity to focus on the specialization of work you find particularly interesting.

Academic Work is responsible for the recruitment process but the candidate that proceed will be employed directly by IDEAL PLM.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
As a Delivery Specialist you will be working with Siemens PLM Portfolio in Nordic countries, mostly with Teamcenter PLM and Rulestream products. In this role you will work in IT, mainly with configuration and customization. As a specialist you are expected to become an expert within the area, delivering innovative and customized PLM-solutions according to client’s needs.

Work will include:
* Configuration and customization
* Manage all databases and servers
* Trainings and pre-sales,
* Architecture and other consultative tasks

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
The job requires a Bachelor’s degree or other equivalent education within either IT, or engineering area. You need to have a few years’ experience from a similar role, but IDEAL PLM focuses mainly on finding the right person for the position. They are looking for someone eager to learn and develop.

To succeed in this job, you must have knowledge regarding some PLM system, preferably Teamcenter. You have an open mindset and are not afraid to interact with the customer nor ask for help whenever needed. Our customers are located all over Nordics so the work will include travelling and the job requires good communication skills, including good English and Swedish skills.

* Pertinent education within the IT-, or engineering area
* Prior experience from a similar role
* Knowledge regarding some PLM system, preferably Teamcenter
* Ability to communicate in written and spoken English as well as Swedish
