Epiroc has today a scattered environment of ERP applications (SAP, BPCS, Scala, M3). We have selected M3 as the future ERP system and we are now starting our journey to upgrade our current installation to the latest version and roll this out to all our companies within Epiroc. We have currently 2500 users in 8 countries, which will in the coming years, grow to 9000 users in 70 countries.

We are therefore expanding our team and are currently seeking new team members with interest in M3 Integration and Output Management and M3 Technical maintenance to be part of our future. You will be responsible for globally provide M3 services to all our Epiroc companies within M3.

 

Job description

In this role, you will work both strategic and operative. You will be responsible for delivering M3 solutions that is coming from business and IT demands. The demands can vary from smaller changes to bigger projects. Through a change process you will convert, the demands to the design of the ERP solution, considering alignment with global processes, user efficiency, minimize risks and future maintenance and development.

As the Integration and Output management developer, you will have the responsibility to coordinate, develop and maintain the M3 integrations. Current solution has over 50 satellites that interact with M3. Your role will be to take on the M3 perspective and work with other applications owner and developers to create the best end-to-end solution.

You will have the responsibility for investigating, configuration, developing and maintaining documents and printouts from M3 that supports the business. You will be the M3 specialist to suggest the best solution based on the demand from the business.

The Business System Team within Epiroc is a global organization so you will be responsible to support teams and users all over the globe.

The ERP team is expanding and to be able to fulfill the required ERP knowledge for the team members we will work with both internal and external training solutions based on each team members need.

The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite to be successful in the role.

A proactive personality is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives as the work is conducted with full responsibility and flexibility within given frames.

We also expect you to be well structured, service minded and adaptable to change.

You must be able to travel international.

One of our M3 Hubs Nanjing (China), Örebro (Sweden), Garland (US), Santiago (Chile), Sidney (Australia) and Johannesburg (South Africa).

Company presentation

Atlas Copco's Board of Directors announced in January 2017 that it will initiate work in order to propose to the Annual General Meeting in 2018, to decide on a split of Atlas Copco into two parts. Atlas Copco will focus on industry and Epiroc will focus on mining, infrastructure and natural resources industries.

The current Mining and Rock Excavation business area – core of the future Epiroc - provides equipment for drilling and rock excavation, a complete range of related consumables and service through a global network. The business area innovates for sustainable productivity in surface and underground mining, infrastructure, civil works, well drilling and geotechnical applications. Principal product development and manufacturing units are located in Sweden, the United States, Canada, China and India.
