Monitoring the SaaS environments/servers and pro-actively adding new monitoring points after weak points/potential risks are detected
Assessing the potential risk on SaaS server performance based on the current load and the recognized trend
Suggesting (and preferably implementing) potential improvements in our monitoring tool
Installing/updating and configuring our monitoring tool for our SaaS clients
Organizing automated email alerts to be sent from our monitoring tool. Preparing of Outlook rules for catching the blocker alerts
Assessing the risk and recognizing the required actions for the Events generated by monitoring tools
Attending to the received monitoring alerts (i.e. Events) from the Servers’ and Applications’ monitoring tools
Automatically/manually creating tickets in our Service Desk in response to the recognized Events from the monitoring tool
Proactively monitoring the monthly maintenances on our SaaS Servers to make sure the maintenance work will not have any effect on our SaaS environments
Informing clients regarding the detected events and the taken actions via Service Desk tickets or direct email
Close collaboration with the Technical Team Lead and Operations Manager at Navetti ClientCare™ regarding the recognized Events with substantial effects on our SaaS clients
Informing Head of Navetti ClientCare™ regarding any risk on SaaS servers and SaaS clients

You will spend most of your time in the office, but you may also get involved in regular client projects, which are mainly conducted together with the client at their premises. Hence, expect to do a bit of travelling inside and outside Sweden. You will be a part of Navetti ClientCare™ team, but some share of your time will be in close collaboration with project teams within Navetti Consult™ as well as the product development teams.

Are professionally experienced and knowledgeable on sysadmin SQL Server
Are experienced using 3rd party software to monitor servers
Are experienced and knowledgeable on SQL programming, optimization SQL procedure & indexing
Are familiar with reactive and proactive failure handling
Have hardware configuration skills
Have the talent to find the potentials for improvement in the daily working processes, and persuading the improvement
Have excellent communication skills in English
It is advantageous if you
Are experienced and knowledgeable on DB objects programming using T-SQL, T-SQL code optimization, Indices, Execution plans, and SSIS
Are experienced and knowledgeable on DB design and development
Are knowledgeable on .NET development
Are conceptually knowledgeable on Data Warehousing (DWH)
Are familiar with Jira and Confluence
Are familiar with Kanban methodology
Are familiar with ISO27001:2013 and SOC SSAE-16
Are familiar with customer satisfaction and service delivery quality standards
Have good communication skills in Swedish, and/or German, and/or French
