Senior game developer

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop slot games from prototype to finished product using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Own and maintain the technical direction of the development team
- Act as a technical lead in a team of JavaScript developers and testers
- Foster and enable people around you and make sure they, and you, develop
- Be an awesome colleague

Required Skills:

- Relevant experience – you tell us what makes you “Senior” – and why/how Relax Gaming will be able to utilize this
- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
- Passionate about games, with an understanding of game-play mechanics
- You thrive in a fast paced environment and embrace having many projects running at the same time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability and ambition to challenge everything – and be ready to provide ideas on improvements

Job Summary:

You will be the backbone in one or several of our teams. You will be the go-to guy for all development related questions. You will be “guardian of our secret sauce” (when you have understood it, or perhaps even invented it?). You will have a finger or two in many stages of the development happening in our game studio. Sometimes even a whole hand.

Location

The Relax game studio is perfectly located on Lilla torg, right in the middle of the beautiful old parts of Malmö. It’s a five-minute walk from the central station and all types of shopping and restaurants can be found right outside our doorstep.
