Scrum Master

As a scrum master you are working on developing your team to have good spirit and work efficiently. We believe you think that this is an important part of the job! You will be a part of planning, where you together with the product owner go over the backlog before the sprint planning. You will lead the team in planning the next sprint. With daily meetings you will keep track of the work, and also represent your team in scrum of scrums. You will work closely with other parts of the development organization and Zenterio’s customers. Breaking down requirements and investigating problems with customer and third party vendors are a natural part of your workday. We think that you will spend half of your time as a scrum master and the other part, you work as a developer in the team.

We are looking for you who is a natural leader. You have courage, and are not afraid to try new things. The person we are looking for likes to take a high level view on issues and have the energy to drive them forward. You have experience with leading a team in an agile environment and experience with software development and testing. (We develop in C/C++, test in JavaScript and Python and use GIT and Lin.
