Expert Project Manager

We're looking for an Expert Project Manager to support our client in different IT projects.

Background
We are looking for a Expert Project Manager who will support us in different IT projects. Previous experience from our customer is not a must but it is a big advantage.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The project manager is responsible to lead and manage people and projects at our customer. The projects are assigned by an ordered, the project manager reports to the project steering group and deliver the result to one or many receiving organizations ? all within agreed scope, time, budget and with expected quality.

The main tasks in the assignment will be/a day at work will look like:
? Deliver agreed result according to project goals and plan.
? Report to the Steering group on project status.
? Create a communication plan that secures the right information is communicated to relevant stakeholders.
? Define and control the project scope.
? Budget, forecast and control the actual project costs.
? Create a project time-schedule and follow up on progress.
? Organize, lead and manage people from different units and cultures.
? Monitor and control project work.
? Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks.
? Adapt quality management according to requirements and expectations.
? Manage and control procurement of resources and services with support from internal purchasing organization.
? Manage the dependencies and interfaces within the project and between project- and line organization.
? Assure receiving organizations are prepared through organizational change management activities.
? Knowledge sharing between projects
REQUIREMENTS

Preferred skills
? Knowledge in general project management processes; scope, time, cost, risk, quality, communication, procurement and how to integrate these processes.
? Knowledge in managing and leading teams.
? Knowledge in Project Management Methods and tools ? e.g. PPS, MS Projects.
? Knowledge in business processes.
? Understanding of Information Technology and relevant production models.
? Fluent in written and spoken English.
