This role will be in charge of our three technology teams (platform/web/app) as well as have an overall ownership of budgets, deliverables and architecture to ensure we can deliver on the hassle-free promise.
About the role

We are looking for a talented user interface designer that loves creating amazing user experiences. You have a passion for learning how guests interact with us while you are paying close attention to details and make sure even the little things that create a good experience are in focus.

You will be part of a great cross-functional team of a product owner, developers, graphic design and QA that together will create the best booking experience on our Web.
What will you do

Visual design, mainly for our native Android and iOS apps
Establish and promote digital design guidelines
Continuously working with insight and wireframes, storyboard, sitemaps or other techniques that help to visualize and test our ideas
Interpret guest insight and business requirements into first-class design, in an iterative process
Conceptualize ideas, make clickable mockups and test these on guests
Lead workshops both internally and externally

Who you are

Courage, Energy and Enthusiastic
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and sitemaps
Have worked with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wireframing tools
Ability to present design to various stakeholders
You are open-minded and open to feedback
Keen listener and no prestige
Up to date with latest trends and techniques
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Higher education in interaction design
Know of lean UX

Your experience

We believe you have at least 3-4 years experience in mobile design
You have a strong portfolio of native apps and/or mobile web interfaces
