We are looking for a person that are comfortable in challenging the status quo and is able to argue their case in order to produce great digital solutions. You like a nice challenge and would like to work for an international telecom giant.

You are driven by curiosity and a constant urge to improve yourself and everyone around you. You know how to produce an idea from start to finish. You know how to use data, user testing and prototyping to quickly test your designs. You also have the skill to execute final design with precision while articulating the decisions.

About the team
The UX design team for this telecom giant is growing and we are in need of more great talent.
We are a fairly new department that was formed last year. Since then, we have redesigned the online sales channel, optimized the checkout flows, worked on the digital corporate identity for the company and much more.

Our team is humble, lean and ambitious. Our guiding principles are; Data-driven, functional, usable and desirable. Our ambition is to learn, grow and become better as individuals and as a team. The way we do it is by reflection, openness and clear individual- and group goals that we help each others to achieve. We also have a buddy system to help us learn from each other and prevent the projects being isolated rather share the knowledge. Since we are still growing and defining our team, we are constantly challenging and improving our process.
