Senior SQL DBA at Scania

Your responsibility
We support the Sales process (Prospecting and Quotation) and work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Our solution is being adapted and implemented according to the business need within this area.
Integrations related to the Scania CRM application will be your main responsibility (develop and maintain). You will be involved in architecture, development, testing and deployments. The team is global and you will work with team colleges in Scania Latin America as well. You will work close to the business and the product owner.
 
Your profile
We are looking for applicants with an MSc in Information Technology or similar. You should have a positive attitude and be able to cooperate with the team. Your ability to take responsibility and be organised is very important, and you must be proficient in written and spoken in English.
 
We think you have the following skills/experiences:
 
6+ Years of experience as a SQL Server DBA
Worked with SQL Server 2016, 2012, 2014 and SQL Server 2008
Experience with T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, constraints and functions
Knowledge of SQL tuning and query monitoring
Expertise in SQL Server Reporting & SQL Server integration Services
Exposure to develop, deploy and test C# .Net applications
Monitor database health - availability, reliability, performance, capacity planning, server clustering, replication, re-indexing. Tune system to ensure maximum system efficiency and 100% system availability. Resolve any problems that arise with the database
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM or any Customer Relationship Management system will be a plus
Certification in SQL will be a bonus
Working experience with SCRUM/Agile methodology 
 
The location
Scania headquarter is located less than 40 km south of Stockholm city. It is easily accessible by regional train, commuter train, bus or car. Scania's own bus line, Scania Job Express, goes from Stockholm city directly to Scania in Södertälje.
