PDU Base Band and Interconnect

Business Area Networks are responsible for the company’s industry leading radio products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson’s technology leadership. Product Development Unit (PDU) Base Band and Interconnect consist of approximately 2000 R&D professionals spanning R&D sites in Europe and Asia. The PDU is responsible for all aspects of Base Band and Interconnect HW and SW module development and their integration. The products are part of Ericsson Radio System. The PDU is heavily involved in product development for 5G.

We are now looking for a energetic SW Developer to support our teams in our sector CAT OAM, Sync & Interconnect (CSI). We welcome the opportunity to meet you!

Job Summary:

We are now looking for a Developer to develop and maintain our products (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, software design, integration, verification, support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

You will be part of a highly competent organization with Interconnect, Sync and OAM teams (XFTs) developing solutions for Ericsson Radio System Products. We have teams in Korea, Croatia, Poland and Sweden. We are looking for a person with true passion in software development who really wants to make a difference and doesn’t hesitate to take on whatever is needed to get things done.

Responsibilities:
•Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
•Develop and test high quality products
•Perform trouble shooting and customer support
•Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
•Develop competence in technical domain

Key Qualifications:

•Min years of experience: 2
•Domain experience: C and C++, RBS, Syncronization, Interconnect
•Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
