System Verification Engineer of 4G & 5G R&D (221245)

Job description

As a Stability Verification Engineer or BAT (background traffic and activity) Development Engineer at PDU 4G5G you will play an active and important role in the development of the LTE and 5G radio access network, making a clear impact on the current LTE business as well as the first to market of the band new 5G RAN.

Stability Verification daily work will involve test analysis, preparing test scenarios, performing tests, evaluating KPIs and troubleshooting faults. The Stability testing is performed in a customer like environment (real RBS, OSS, EPC and IMS) with BAT (background traffic and activity).

BAT Development daily work will involve automation requirement gathering, test tools handling, programing, code review, verification of the BAT code on our Stability clusters.

Working as a Stability Verification Engineer or BAT (background traffic and activity) Development Engineer will also give you an opportunity to work together with our customers in their live network during market introduction of our new products and maintenance activities.

You should have:

Bachelor degree or higher in Science or Engineering
5+ years of experience in system testing, preferably from Radio networks

Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Good English writing and conversation skills
Ability to keep things simple
Ability to seek requirement, direction, and methodology yourself
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
Ability to work on time boxed tasks
Ability to program in Java or JavaScript (Mandatory only for BAT Development Engineer)
Potential to lead teams (Optional)
