Must have:
Experience in IBM WebSphere Portal v 8.x
IBM WCM
JSR 168/286 portlet development
SOAP/ Restful services
JQuery basics & Ajax
CSS, HTML
Maven build basic
IDE – RAD or RSA
Understanding of and experience with agile software development methodologies.
Unit Testing

Refactoring and adherence to coding guidelines
