Role description
In your role as system developer, you will have the opportunity to work with functionality development in a key application, the (business system) TACDIS DMS (Dealer Management System), used by Volvo dealers. You will be a part of one of VCRS’s development teams and work together with competent and friendly colleagues. This cross-functional Scrum team consist of approximately five developers with a manager who is highly dedicated and considerate.
You will be working with development of the web application, changes and additional server DB Code. Those involved in the team will additionally develop new features, time for innovation is prioritized, not just maintenance or development of new functionality. You will sometimes get the chance to work on-site with the customers and see how the systems / products land in reality.
Your profile
To succeed in this position, you have previously worked as a full stack-developer within the .NET platform (C#) and have experience from agile development. You have an exam from Chalmers University of Technology or equivalent education alternatively practical experience.
Technical knowledge and interest in HTML5, MVC, Knockout/Angular, CSS/LESS, C#, Web API 2/REST/JSON, Entity Framework and Oracle/SQL-server will give you a good start as a system developer for VCRS. You are fluent in English and at least beginner in Swedish since the placement is in Sweden.
