Celemi is an international and leading provider of strategic communication and learning, with a focus on experiential learning and business simulations. Celemi is looking for a Visual Designer with experience in digital media to work at the head office in Malmö. As a Visual Designer at Celemi you will become part of a dynamic team. Along with talented and experienced colleagues, you will be able to grow in your professional role. You will be involved in creating innovative learning and communication solutions for interesting international and local customers of varying sizes.

Your work assignments
As a Visual Designer you will be part of several projects in parallel. You will have overall responsibility for visual design and work with interaction design for both paper-based and digital solutions. You will work with existing products and develop new products. You will have overall responsibility and work from start to finish with the complete system of materials. Part of the work will be to develop custom solutions, with a project team, to help customers visualize their message. Thus, you will be responsible for visualizing and portraying information so that it becomes intuitive and self-explanatory for the participants / audience.

Your background
To be the independent and creative Visual Designer that we seek, we believe that you should have at least 5 years of experience working in this field as well as experience of working on projects. You should have a relevant education and it is an advantage if you have worked with educational materials before. You should be an experienced user of Creative Cloud with focus on InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop and it is an advantage if you have worked in digital learning authoring tools. It is also a strong advantage if you have experience in video/film production or other moving media, game development and user interface design.

It is important that you communicate fluently in English, both orally and in writing.

We are looking for someone who is curious and creative with a genuine interest in conveying learning messages visually. It is important to have good interpersonal skills, to be able to listen to colleagues' input and to be able to explain your thinking on design, for them and for customers. For the role, it is also important that you are self-motivated, accurate and quality-conscious. At Celemi we strive for an open-minded atmosphere and you will work close to the management. You are expected to take full responsibility, to help out when needed and to take initiative.
