Programmer

We are out of time and still getting requests – so it’s time to expand.  The persons we are looking for are passionate programmers that embody the traits described by Larry Wall: Laziness, impatience and hubris. Since we are (currently) primarily working with Node, Angular and .Net, a sound knowledge of these technologies is a plus. But at the same time, we know that a good programmer will pick these things up as needed. Required skills are a passion for creating and learning.

Since we are quite stocked on senior developers and want to provide a good path for our juniors, we prefer if you are a junior developer with a strong will to level up.

All of our projects are agile, some Scrum, some Kanban and some XP. But never waterfall or any variant thereof. Never.

Since we aren’t traditional consultants in as much as we do not sell time. Our production is done in-house or by placing a team on premise at our client. The latter version is an offering we call Super charge and the goal of that is to deliver a good product as well as training the on prem team. This means you will never be sent out to sit on your own in a less creative environment than you hoped. Since we are fully booked well in advance, we also have the opportunity to vet our clients and make sure we only work on stuff where we can truly make a difference and have fun in the process.

We are a purely agile company that develops stuff ™– primarily using web technologies. We believe in prioritizing delivering value over everything else. This means constantly questioning the current paradigms and beliefs whether it be technology, methodology or just the thing the client just asked us for.  Our motto is: There is a better way. That is not to say that our way is better. We hope it is but we question our own findings as much as the prevailing “truths” out there.

We are currently 18 people working in a really cozy office where you remove your shoes before entering. We offer plenty of fika, ping pong, LOL and Star Craft for the times when your brain needs to relax. Since we focus heavily on the well being of our employees (face it – good programmers are hard to come by), we also encourage physical fitness and you will have ample opportunity for running or going to the gym if that tickles your fancy.
