Digital Producer

We’re searching for you. A talented digital producer. You love technology, design, development and making things happen. Even if you’ve made the same thing happen 100 times before, or it’s something completely new, never done before. You’re obsessed with details in all aspects. From design, to text but especially technology. You get rashes of poor typography, bulky interfaces and sloppy code. You know the basic principles of web development and have a strong eye for design. Maybe you’ve done some hacks by yourself, but realized you’re better at co-ordinating other people to do it. You have experience in agile projects, writing specifications and crunching that last part of the production to make sure that the goals are met and the stakeholders are happy, but most important – that we’ve once again done something extraordinary with that little extra twist.

You’re a peoples person, getting the team knit-tight and clients feeling comfortable.

You love your spreadsheets, to-do lists and do everything it takes to deliver projects on time, on budget and with world class quality. You love making things happen and never ever miss even the tiniest detail.

You have experience in and are psyched about:

• Planning and executing a variety of digital projects such as websites, apps and digital flagship stores
• Managing online services, campaigns and websites
• Facilitating a creative process throughout the whole project
• CMS and e-commerce platforms
• SEO / SEM, web analytics, optimization and relevant tools
• Resources planning
• Getting your hands dirty

You’re also:

• Experienced in working at an agency
• Fluently speaking and writing Swedish and English
• Educated at one of those relevant schools
• Highly stress tolerant
