Our consultant pool consist of Swedish and non Swedish consultants within the fields of embedded systems telecommunication, online solutions and application development. Now we are looking for new candidates to come work with us as consultants, on-site with our customers in Sweden.

*** Test & Verification architect for telecom assignments in Sweden ***

We are looking for a Test & Verification architect with a passion for leading and driving team(s) to produce high quality code. The assignment includes setting up, implementing and driving various verification strategies within Linux/Android SW. It also includes training and mentoring developers and verification engineers.

Tasks:
*) Set up agile, efficient and effective test strategies aligned with the agile way of working.
*) Identifying and executing on opportunities for improving efficiencies through test automation.
*) Designing and implementing automation infrastructure in support of our automation goals.
*) Working closely with other verification architects to ensure a successful, quality driven way of working.
*) Initiate and drive new quality improvements.

Requested competence:
*) Natural leader with a strong internal drive to succeed, a team player eager to support and coach other team members.
*) An expert at identifying opportunities for automation, developing test cases, driving testability, refactoring code to lessen code complexity and building automation infrastructure.
*) Expert in various ways of performing non automated verification.
*) Skilled in C / C++ / Java

Meriting:
*) Experience of the Android platform
*) Proficient in a Unix/Linux environment
*) Experience of the continuous integration system Jenkins
*) Git / Gerrit experience
*) Mocking experience
*) Quality Center experience
*) Branch management

Start: spring 2015
Duration: 12-24 months in site in Sweden, with a high probability for extension.
Extent: Full-time, 40h/week. Paid overtime can be requested by the customer.
Compensation: Negotiable. We offer a competitive salary, primarily in the form of a longterm employment and according to Swedish standards; governmental pension plan, five weeks paid vacation, iPad/laptop, mobile phone with data plan subscription, priority medical care insurance, health care insurance, income level insurance, work liability insurance, language course support, sports activity contribution. Paid transfer to Sweden including registered partner and children. When applicable, family members will get permit to live and work in Sweden.
For Schengen-citizens, there is also an option to undertake the assignment as a subcontractor to Telescope.
