Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
Setting up Cloudera, Hortonworks cluster up to 100-500 nodes. Setting up Elastic
Search, Cassandra cluster in multi-geo set up. Provision Aws & Azure clusters for
BigData & ML requirements. Provision BigData cluster & tools around it using
Ansible in either AWS or Azure environments. Write well organized and tested,
secure and performant data pipelines using java and scala
Automate deployment of data pipelines and management of their configurations
Introduce best practices and tools for scheduling data pipelines, with build-in
resiliency and auto-rerun capabilities Design and implement monitoring andalerting solutions Optimize for scale. Identify > opportunities for process and tool
improvements. Participate in daily scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions.
Improve availability, performance, scalability in application, systems or database
layers. Work with other engineers closely to improve code base performance,
reduce resource consumption and shorten request latency. Build tools and
infrastructure to support performance work. Work with partners and ISV to quick
fix production issues on demand. Conduct demos (POC) and seek early feedback.
Programming in Java / Scala / Python
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
Min 5 years of BigData & ML experience and 2 years into cloud technologies
like AWS & AZURE. HDP or Cloudera certification is a must. Clear handson
experience of using Kerberos, LDAP and Active Directory Experience in
programming in Bash, Python, Java and Scala
Experience in building and deploying applications on Spark, Storm, Kafka,
HBase and Cassandra. Experience in automating infrastructure and applications
deployments using Ansible Demonstrate hands-on experience of using Kerberos,
LDAP and Active Directory Deep understanding of real-time data processing
concepts with knowledge of the industry best practices. Degree in Computer
Science / other Experience with automation/configuration management using
Ansible Experience with using source control software, preferably git Experience
with Continuous Integration tools, preferably Jenkins or GOCD Cloud services
(AWS & Azure) API programming a plus Knowledge of best practices and IT
operations in an always-up, always-available service A Bachelor's degree in
computer science is a must.
