The Job

Your mission will be to continuously optimize business performance and customer experience across all our brands and markets. You'll be part of our Customer Experience Team and will have a key impact on the largest fashion e-commerce website in the Nordics and grow dynamically alongside other top skilled and passionate people.

Your main activities will be:

Use our wide set of quantitative and qualitative datas to spot high potential optimization opportunities. Turn ideas into a dynamic optimization program with strong hypotheses and well-defined success metrics. Lead the implementation of your recommendations through direct changes or AB tests. Run the testing campaigns from A to Z with the support when needed of our designers and developers. Measure impacts of initiatives, identify key insights and spread them across the organisation.

Your Profile

Resolutely data-driven you have an appeal for UX and a strong experience in e-commerce and CRO. You have a holistic understanding of the elements that can drive significant progress (UI, content, persuasion, personalisation, rules, speed...) Fluent in English and ideally in Swedish too, you are a great team player with excellent communication skills. You have the capacity to analyse the big picture and execute down to the details with quality and efficiency. You find creative ways to make your ideas happen thanks to your palet of skills across analytics, UX and technology (especially front-end).  You naturally challenge the standards of the market to innovate beyond average and deliver great and holistic results.

The position is full-time and located at Ellos Groups head-office in Borås, Sweden
