The group Electric drives software development is responsible for delivering SW functionality for the electric drive system in all electrified vehicle programs within the Volvo Car Group. Our vision is to deliver the best functionality on the market and continuously evolve our development platform. We are working with continuous integration as development praxis and we are striving towards continuous deployment of SW.

Main responsibilities

As a SW Configuration and Integration Responsible in our group you will be part of a highly agile and fast paced development team and deliver state of the art functionality. You will be part of Continuous Integration development process and have responsibility of Integration, Testing and deliver production intent SW.

Requirements

•             Engineering background with Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science and Embedded SW

•             5+ years of experience from embedded Software Development, Build Environments and SW Integration

•             Programming Skills like C/C++ programming, Python programming

•             Experience with AUTOSAR BSW configuration, MCAL and Complex Device Drivers

•             Experience with debugging/testing embedded software systems

•             Perform integration testing in various environments

•             Experience with SW release process and tools

•             Highly committed to deliver results

•             Very good communication and interpersonal skills

•             Good English skills, verbally and in writing

Meritorious

•             Demonstrate a strong understanding of development processes and agile methodologies

•             Driver license B

•             Experience in maintaining scripts for Continuous Integration

•             Working experience with Scrum/KanbAan development, Automation, Build environments

•             Working experience with Micro controllers

•             Working experience with JIRA, Jenkins, GIT/SVN

•             Knowledge about Lauterbach development toolchain, ETAS/INCA development toolchain

•             High Integrity

•             Flexible and Team Oriented person that could drive the tasks

•             Good Oral and Presentation skills

•             Structured and Creative that could handle analytical problems
