You will:

• Try out different technical roles and ultimately grow into a specialist role
• Solve technical challenges side by side with our best developers as they teach you how a modern financial system is designed.
• Learn from our test gurus about how to verify the quality of business-critical systems
• Help design unique functionality for our customers under the guidance of our requirements analysts
• Work with our project managers to conquer the challenges of clinching major IT projects on time

When you successfully complete this fast-paced program, you become a full-fledged member of the Cinnober team in a specialist or project manager role at the Umeå office. cinCube starts in August 2015 in Umeå, Sweden.
Who can apply for the trainee program?

To qualify for cinCube, you must have a technical college/university degree in an engineering or computer science-related discipline and have no more than two years of post-graduation work experience. You should be performance oriented, like problem solving and programming, and love technical challenges involving advanced Java-based technology. We work in cross-functional teams, so you need to be a strong team player. You must be able to work in Umeå, Sweden.
