As this growth continues we are building our recruitment team. This is an all-encompassing in-house recruitment role, where you will undertake general operational recruitment activity (including direct sourcing), develop strong relationships with your key stakeholders, and have the opportunity to get involved in more strategic projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and commercially minded recruiter who is keen to partner with the business and HR to acquire top talent directly.

The Role

You will carry out hands-on recruitment mainly for Stockholm based positions, primarily but not solely technical profiles. You will hold full responsibility for the recruitment process from establishing role descriptions, writing advertisements, supporting the process, selecting and interviewing candidates, and finally employing the best.

You will also take ownership for external communication of Betsson Group as an employer. This involves planning and execution of advertising, events, websites etc. You will also be involved in the strategic planning of resource allocation.

Responsibilities also include continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and tools at Betsson Group and supporting recruitment in other countries with our HR colleagues and Managers around the world. You are also responsible for the selection of and relationships with external recruitment agencies.

You will report both to our Recruiter in Malta and to our HR Manager in Stockholm and be a part of our global HR and Office team. The position is based in our Stockholm office.

Your Profile

You are a driven and energetic person who has a passion for communicating a great employer brand and attracting top talent. You have a relevant University degree and have significant experience recruiting for a fast-paced technology brand. Preferably you have a robust network in the technology industry. You can talk to Developers in their own language, and will be excited by the opportunity to work across the many positions associated with our tech stack.

You have been involved in the whole recruitment lifecycle across multiple countries. You are structured in your approach and take ownership of tasks, whilst maintaining a team attitude. You embrace change and can focus on your priorities whilst the organisation grows.

Your verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish are excellent.
