Academic Work is on behalf of our client Scania looking for several Junior Software Developers to different teams at their Connectivity Center (CC). Scania strives to be more competitive and innovative, and CC is those who leads the way forward. You will be a part of a customized program during 6 months where you will get an adapted role for both your and Scania’s ambitions. You will be employed by Academic Work, and work as a consultant at Scania. The intention of Scania is long term, and there are good opportunities to be extended, given that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation. ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The Talent Program offers junior Software Developers and Engineers to learn and grow in an individualized program during six months. This means that you will take part of different activities to get a broad insight in Scania’s business. The activities includes education, social meetings with other talented colleagues, study visits and coaching sessions once a month during the program. You will also get a mentor whom will guide you in your daily work.

You will belong to a development team where you find positive and creative employees that mostly works with C#.NET and have an agile culture. In your role, you will work with software development, tests and products to Scania’s customers.

This position suits you who wants to develop through a customized talent program and get a broad insight in Scania's work through varied activities. You will have a great opportunity to learn in a unique way through competent and committed colleagues in a creative work environment. It will be considered an additional qualification if you have good programming skills in C#.NET and a side project that you can show us.
