Arbetsuppgifter:

OSS DevOp's mission is to take responsibility for new development and management of Com Hem's support system as well as external Internet-based solutions. The division consists of 40 employees, developers within divergent backgrounds and area of expertise. This part of Com Hem is responsible for all the internal systems with Com Hem’s employees as your primary customer. The department is divided into three different areas: Plan and Build, Sales and Service Delivery and Operations Managements. The team works with Agile principles as well as DevOps, ie continuous delivery of improvements to users and operations.

Your role as a senior developer will include, but not be limited to:

• Driving the development alongside other OSS groups and implement overall long-term design for Operation Management at Com Hem
•Introduction and change of monitoring
•Help to develop overall roadmap for management and further development of applications
•Create a plan for Life Cycle Management for each system
•Follow up on quality parameters and carry out regular evaluation of working methods and systems
•Evaluate the system and supplier relationship at the operational level
•Plan, test and install new software and upgrades
•Analyze and break down requirements / needs in dialogue with users and activities
•Design and create integrations to surrounding systems eg ServiceNow
•Educate users
•Documentation of systems and solutions developed

Profil:

• 5-10 years of work experience from the system development area in the field of monitoring
• Good understanding in the telecom / operator domain
Experience from MySQL, SNMP, network infrastructure and TCIP
• Unix/Linux
• Python, Javascript (angular) GIT
• Experience from applications such as Kafta
Experience from workning with agile development
• Fluent in english
