General expectations on the role:
Deliver high quality code and documentation in a fast, timely manner and according to relevant standards and processes
Work independently with little need for supervision, and is considered a subject matter expert on parts of the system
Support vertical leads and project managers with high level solutions, estimates and development planning.
Support QA and operations with troubleshooting and training
Is expected to hold demos to different levels of technical understanding.
Contribute to how we work in the development department, either by input or own implementation.
Specific expectations on the role:
Define and implement maintainable technical solutions that fulfill the needs of clients and operations, i.e. to investigate, design and implement payment products for state of the art deliveries to our clients, including any improvements needed in the back office processes and work flows.
To support the product department in defining future products, including investigations and pre-studies of new products and techniques.
To support operations within payment modules and processes
Support and guide less experienced developers all over the world, like Sweden, Minnetonka and off ?shore design centers.
Bachelors degree or equivalent university education within relevant area.
Verbal and written English is required
Excellent ability to handle different tasks simultaneously and being flexible while continuing to deliver high-quality results.
Excellent ability to work in an organized, structured and accurate way.
