You will be a part of our business unit Global Business Services (GBS), an organization of around 1000 people. GBS is the service partner to the entire Essity delivering services within Finance, Human Resources, Master Data, IT and Facility Management. Our employees, spread across more than 35 countries around the globe, deliver both professional and transactional services every day to all our internal customers in Essity. You will report to the GBS Business Process Automation Manager. The position is preferably located in Sweden (Gothenburg) or Germany (Ismaning, outside Munich). Some travel will be required but most of the times we use skype, video etc. for meetings.

Main accountabilities and responsibilities
You will be a part of a small team designing and setting up the Virtual Assistant using IPSoft Amelia technology, which will first support our Essity internal customers of GBS, later also external suppliers and customers. You will work closely together with our RPA (Robot Process Automation) team to enable the Virtual Assistant to deliver services. Using new technology we want to boost the service quality with 24/7 availability and instant services. Service portal, workflows, Robot Process Automation and Virtual Assistant build the set of tools we work with.

Design and set-up a Virtual Assistant using IPSoft Amelia technology. Develop and test modules of the cognitive instances to achieve desired outcome
Build and implement new cognitive functionalities
Through interfaces enable the Virtual Assistant platform to interact with other systems, and work with the Robot Process Automation team to utilize the automation technology
Work together with other teams to get good understanding of all supported business processes and available technology for possible use of Virtual Assistant
Once the Virtual Assistant is launched, continuously monitor and improve its performance
Drive continuous improvements and find opportunities for further Virtual Assistant implementation and look into new technologies and systems

Key Competencies
Minimum Qualifications

Innovative, problem solving and analytical/process oriented mindset
Great communication skills both verbal & written
Basic understanding of how IT systems & operating systems work like interfaces between systems, work flow, operating systems (Linux/Windows/ERP/CRM) etc.
Broad knowledge of different businesses i.e. Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, HR etc.

 Preferable Qualifications

University Degree within IT or Business Process
Relevant work experience
Advantage of leading implementation of business processes
Basic knowledge in scripting e.g. in Java, Javascript, Perl, Bash, Python, Groove, HTLM etc.
Ability to develop business cases and lead projects
Advantage to have solid knowledge of ITIL, LEAN Process Framework
Skilled in driving and managing change
