ARE YOU “DARTH” OF TECH?

Darth could crush things with his mind, and got away with wearing a robe to work. Our dress code is just “wear something”, but we are death star serious about finding a HEAD OF TECH that can do magic things. Darth will help us develop the next iteration of a tech platform and will change how friends sport!

If you are crazy about creating iOS and Android apps more beautiful than cheetas and want to help us make people around the world love sports as much as passion fruit macarons, then we are crazy about you.

Let’s be honest. If you’re The Head Of Tech Girl/Guy, you know all things tech better than us.

@HeyOuts, you must absolutely love code. Sports. People. And big ideas. You are driven, hungry and want to make our ideas work better. You have no problem directing a team of developers where to be, what to do and shock both yourself and the people around you by building code into products and features that would make Steve fire his engineers. You know this, because building great tech is what you were born to do. We were not – that’s why we need you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

BE “HEY”! We live the brand, and you will too. Our Head of Tech will distill and deeply understand HeyOuts’ overall vision, objectives and strategy, as well as the mission and objectives of your Tech team, and get all members of a cross-functional team superpumped.
INNOVATE! Create, roadmap and design entirely new workout products & features to deliver against team and company goals. You’ll challenge members of cross-functional teams (engineering, design, etc.) to think boldly and creatively and then to funnel that energy into concrete products and execution plans.
LAUNCH! Launch locally and scale your product internationally. Drive definition of- and execution against product go-to-market plan, including phasing and marketing.
DIRECT! Work with our developers in Sweden and China to make development fast and products perfect!
PERFECT! Design is forgotten in tech. Let’s not even bring up sports. You should put the user experience above all, know the difference between scrum and rum, solve problems and bugs big and small, and be a part in direct ing a new standard for design within the sports industry.

CODE WE CURRENTLY USE:

We’re on iOS and Android, plus employ an extensive HTML / PHP interface function, so you’ll use your digital maven-ness for xCode, PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, GIT and related features for front- and backend. If you’re strong on database and digital analytics tools and have some design skills, that’s a great plus!
