Frontend developer
Are you a web developer interested in frontend and design? We are now strengthening our team with a frontend developer who will work closely with our UX designers. The roadmap for our flagship java enterprise product includes to improve the GUI to make it more modern and intuitive. You will play an important role when both develop new and improve the existing GUI, you will be part of one of our java development Scrum teams and focus on the GUI part of the development with the goal to design and develop best in class GUI. We believe that you are stimulated by creating attractive and useful products and solutions. In the role as frontend developer it is important that you have a strong visual and interaction design intuition. You will be located at the Qmatic head office in Mölndal, where you find everything from development to production under the same roof.

Your background
To be successful in this position we believe that you have a post-secondary technical education (a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or similar is an advantage however not a requirement). You have 3-5 years work experience as a frontend developer. You possess very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javacript ES6 / typeScript. Experience of frameworks such as Bootstrap and AngularJS is an advantage. You have worked with availability, performance and responsive applications. If you have knowledge of Java, Spring, Hibernate and experience of micro-services in a cloud environment it is an advantage however not a prerequisite. You enjoy the variation of different projects, you understand the value of working methodical and you take full responsibility for the delivery. We believe that you are able to communicate well in both Swedish and English.
