Delta Projects, a leading vibrant AD-tech company in the Nordics is currently looking to strengthen their IT operations team. Their core products are ad-hosting, real time bidding and DMP. The core business is Big Data.

Delta Projects office is located in Garnisonen, a historic building with modern operations and services in central Stockholm.

In this role as Linux Administrator you will be part of building and maintaining the IT infrastructure, both on-premise and on public cloud providers. You will work in a small and agile team where your decisions matter.

This will be a learning experience and you will be a part of the journey to a hybrid cloud environment and helping to re-invent our old platform. Therefore, you are a fast learner and have an excellent understanding of administrating a Linux based infrastructure in a modern approach using DevOps toolsets.
Good Bash skills and a decent understanding of scripting languages like Ruby, Python and Pearl is required. Basic knowledge in git, Virtualization and SQL is meritorious as well as general understanding in network infrastructure or specifically force 10 networking products. The entire stack consists of Open source tools.

It is vital that you believe in and want to contribute in a flexible and prestigeless way. Occasionally 24/7 responsibilities that requires alert problem solving.

Required qualifications
• 1-2 years working with system administration
• Excellent skills in Linux
• Server hardware skills
• Good script knowledge (primarily Bash)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in Swedish or English

Meritorious
• Basic Virtualization skills
• Basic SQL skills
• Understanding of Networking, IP, DNS and Internet
