GLOMO is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our international team in Stockholm. This is a great opportunity to become an essential part of a growing business and play a key role in the delivery of exciting software development projects of varying sizes, working with new technologies and clients across a wide range of industries.
As a Technical Project Manager at GLOMO you will be acting as a bridge between the development team and our clients, ensuring client projects are scoped, planned and delivered on time and with the highest quality. You will own the development backlog and prioritisation, making sure that the teams are working on the right things at the right time.
To succeed in this role, you’re a driven and passionate problem solver with great communication skills.
Your mission:
- Plan, lead and execute software development projects for GLOMO’s clients
- Serve as link between our clients and the development team, keep track of requirements and make sure the development process runs smoothly
- Take technical ownership of the projects and continuously challenge standards for how things are done
- Responsible for budget, scope, and time plan for a project
Your experience and mindset includes:
- 3+ years of project management/product ownership or relevant experience within software development.
- You’re a driven and passionate problem solver with great communication skills.
- You are customer oriented and excellent at dealing with complex customer requirements
- Experience working in projects with agile tools and methodologies.
- Team-building, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English
- A genuine interest in new technologies
- Respect for colleagues, a passion to learn and grow, and the courage to take decisions
