Looking for a technical sales specialist and business developer with extensive knowledge in IT, PLM and Engineering services.
The main tasks include the following.
Recruitment and staff augmentation for the Swedish and other Nordic Clients in IT/PLM/ Embedded and Engineering Services.
The areas in IT are Integration specialists, SAP consultants, Java, C#, :net, IBM Mainframe, Cobol, etc.
You should prepare a business plan for developing the business unit of our company and also a Sales and Marketing plan.
You will be incharge of following up the Sales and Business plans and report every week on the progress.
You should meet Swedish and Nordic customers on a regular basis, propose our offers and win business offers.
You should travel 100 days a year in the Nordics and to and fro between Nordics and India on a yearly basis.
You should propose to the Swedish clients and other Nordic clients, outsourcing of projects and staffing augmentation.
You should write, negotiate agreements with Indian suppliers for the staffing, recruitment and outsourcing projects.
You should also manage the whole lifecycle from request from the customer to onboarding of the resources , outsourcing projects until the assignment is completed.

You should have more than 15 years of experience in the said field and should have worked in a global environment and have a speciality in handling Nordic clients. You should have experience working in Management level both in India and in Sweden and in outsourcing to India and have experience of minium 5-7 years working in Sweden in developing the outsourcing business. You should have experience in selling onsite consultants, have a good network of Swedish companies in the said domain and manage big project for Nordic clients and should have a track record of networking with large Nordic clients.
You should also have good knolwedge on the working ethics, communication and way of approach for Swedish companies since you will have to meet a number of Swedish companies.
You should also have extensive network with global partner and suppliers in the IT/Engineering domain in the Nordics as well as globally.
You should be fluent in English, understand Swedish, and know a few other Indian languages.
You have minimum Engineering Degree and A Master´s qualification from some reputed Management School.
Travelling to other countries in Europé and India will be required on a regular basis. You are also required to manage the offshore teams and will have to be travelling around 100 days in a year.
Your workplace will at our office in Gothenburg. Base salary and performance incentives will be offerered to the right candidate.
