We can offer you a challenging position at Husqvarna working with a core focus area within IT. As we are strengthening our Solution services team we are looking for a driven professional in the area of online services.
The Service Manager for Online Service is responsible for the GIS services within the online application domain. This domain consists mainly of eCommerce systems and web content systems such as public websites and dealer support sites. Various supporting applications are also in your responsibility.
The online domain is currently fragmented with many different applications, technologies and vendors. A transformation program has been initiated with the aim to standardize and consolidate to a global platform. The Service Manager will play an important role in this transformation journey.
In this position you will manage an outsourced delivery which will be predominately provided by one main supplier of managed IT services. You will plan and manage change activities, manage service requests, act as escalation point for incidents and drive problem management activities. Furthermore, you will facilitate operational review forums with internal customers and external Service Delivery Managers in order to ensure pro-active delivery planning and structured service improvement initiatives.
You will plan and follow-up budgets, and support the process of IT service cost charging/allocation towards internal units and customers.
As the GIS owner of Online Services you will drive the development of our future online concept, working in close coordination with colleagues in the GIS Architecture team.
The position requires traveling out of country as and when required.
We think that you have a relevant educational background for the specified position. You have approximately 5 years of work experience with 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a large international company. To manage the task of this position it’s essential that you have a good understanding for business and operational processes such as ITIL.
You have the ability to communicate both in written presentation and in speech. As we are a global organization this includes excellent skills in English. It’s important that you are a well-organized person who likes to work in a structured way and actively work on preserving the established processes and procedures.

ITS is organized in three delivery functions; Solution Services, Information Services and Infrastructure Services, while Service Integration Management and ITSM process governance is provided by the Service Management Office (SMO).
