Job Purpose:
Primarily responsibility is to support Nielsen TV Audience Measurement. Plays a role in analytical projects? including developing an analytical plan, running analyses, and summarizing results. This person will cooperate in survey design specification, including sample, weighting and questionnaire design. Work across teams to provide clear response to clients; or develop quality control procedures.
Engages in client meetings, thoughtfully prepares meeting materials and other resources. Proactively anticipates client questions and concerns and prepares in advance. Enables delivery on client commitments.
This role provides a great opportunity to work in a global team environment, with touch points into many different departments.
Job Responsibilities
-Provides data analysis (including scripting) related client inquiries, audience trend analyses universe estimation and data quality control
-Takes part in survey design specification
-Collaborates with Data Science Leader, Client Service, and Local Operations to provide solutions to client issues related to methodology and execution
-Provides technical consultation with internal clients correctly escalates issues to the right resources for follow up and participates in solving Data Science-related issues
-Ensures Data Science services are delivered to the highest quality standards
-Utilizes tools such as R, Python, etc. to perform data analysis and visualizations
-Participates in team projects, staff meetings and client meetings
Role Requirements (E=essential, P=preferred)
-E- Graduate degree in mathematics, statistics, social research or other hard sciences
-E- 2 + years' Data Science experience
-E- Strong statistical, analytical and logic skills
-E- Intellectual curiosity and persistence to find answers to questions
-E- Client relationships
-E- Strong critical thinking
-E- Proficiency with R coding
-E- Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills in English
-P- Swedish language knowledge
-P- Experience in Media Market
-P- Proficiency with Python and SQL coding
