Job Description

As a Customer Insights Analyst you are a part of Lindex Costumer Experience Department. You monitor customer related KPI´s and you work proactive to understand and predict the trends and patterns behind the metrics. You build scoring and segmentation models to enable a relevant, personalized customer experience. Furthermore you inspire, support and deliver key findings as well as recommendations for decision makers, and you do this an easily understood format. You are also participating in workshops and presentations, where you share customer insights.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Previous working experience within customer data analysis where you have worked with structured and unstructured data
Experience from working with Alteryx or similar, BI tools (Tableau or PowerBI)
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Merits: fluent Swedish, relevant academic degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or business, working experience from an omnichannel fashion retail, knowledge in SQL, R and/or Python, knowledge of machine learning techniques
We think that you are an analytic and customer focused person with the ability to apply statistics and mathematics to a business context. You are business goal oriented and you have the ability to see and distinguish the important aspects in a large amount of data. Furthermore your proactive mind set and great communication skills will be appreciated characteristics.
